Earlier career: Adele had a thriving London-based executive coaching business that she started after completing her training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the UK’s leading training provider for coaches. CTI’s training programmes are fully endorsed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Adele’s qualifications are ICF accredited.

Her corporate experience includes working within the Insurance Industry for the Promina Group and in Finance, working at American Express. Adele has run corporate training programmes and provided executive coaching to some of New Zealand’s largest companies including Air New Zealand, ASB and Vodafone.

Adele has written bespoke training programmes for corporate clients; Creating a High-Performance Team, Presentation Skills Training and Customer Service Excellence. These programmes are still being used by corporations today.
She has had a highly successful sales career in the Medical Devices and Telecommunications industries; gaining professional accolades within Australasia for her outstanding sales performance, and being part of an award-winning sales team in the UK and Europe. Her UK leadership experience includes the position of Assistant Managing Director for an international conference management company that specialised in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Devices conferences in the UK, Europe and USA. Adele has presented on Personal and Professional Motivation at medical industry conferences and has contributed to dynamic change in the disability sector. She has done this by providing pro bono services to address topics such as resilience, service-oriented mindset and service optimisation.
