Deb is Career Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in professional consulting and over 11 years in vocational consulting in a rehabilitation setting and is skilled at building strong, friendly rapport with clients and tailors her style to meet their needs focusing on positive outcomes. She has worked with clients from a wide range of industries and at all levels of an organisation, who are going through change in the workplace by providing support and up-skilling in job search, psychometric and self-insight feedback and facilitating workshops to managers and staff. Debbie also has many years’ experience facilitating assessment centres.
