CareerPlanet is a career assessment designed to inspire young people to consider how they can make a positive impact in the world by leveraging their skills and passions. It is culturally sensitive, embracing diverse perspectives and ways of thinking. Instead of asking the traditional question, “What do I want to be?”, CareerPlanet encourages users to reflect on what they want to be involved in and how their contributions can benefit the greater good.

CareerIntelligence
for working adults
CareerIntelligence is an assessment designed for working adults and is used by career professionals and employers to provide valuable career data, supporting informed career decisions and development potential.
Prior to career conversations, CareerIntelligence helps practitioners and managers streamline the exploration process, allowing for more meaningful and productive discussions. The self-and-career evaluation identifies the alignment with ‘best fit’ roles, transition criteria, and areas for training and development.

for academic or senior students
CareerSmart is a career inquiry assessment tailored for students from Year 12 through their second year of university. Its aim is to stimulate self-reflection and enhance self-awareness. The questionnaire and inventories provide students with a detailed assessment report, offering valuable insights into how they view themselves, their potential, and their career orientations. Career educators or counsellors can use this report to guide students toward a fulfilling career path.

As a licensed CareerEQ assessment coach or career educator you will have:
access to your own portal on the assessment platform that protects your privacy and that of your clients, students, or employees
ability to send out assessments from your portal and to edit them when an individual wishes a review of their own self-evaluation,
a PDF report that accurately “mirrors” how your client, student, or employee sees themself – so that you as their coach or careers educator can quickly spot their development needs and career potential, motivation and self-confidence
a cost and time-effective process for both you and the individual you’re working with
well-researched career assessments, have the ‘best of the best’ inventories and exercises and are iterative in nature
a ‘Forever’ license (conditions apply) and prompt support from the platform administrators whenever required.
Training Information
WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TRAINING:
CareerEQ’s Training Manager will contact you and discuss the process including setting you up on the Assessment and Practitioner Resources portals.
A list of training requirements will be sent to you requiring approx. 3-4 hours plus reading training documents and videos.
You will be required to practice with the tools and understand how to manage your assessment portal, and your responsibility to use the portal and assessments mindful of professional standards, conduct, and ethics.
Once you have completed your training you will receive your license badge/logo, and have full autonomy to send out, monitor progress, and edit questionnaires from your portal.

The assessment proposition, theoretical construct, research, and content of each assessment
Information handouts for adult clients, students, and parents.
Technical platform management guidance – e.g. how to set up your business, school or practice logo
Licensee administration policy including privacy and standards of professional practice.
Anyone with professional qualifications in teaching, career coaching or counselling and experience can be licensed.
when you are licensed to use CareerIntelligence or CareerSmart (NZ only) you automatically have access to CareerPlanet as well.
