Once you have registered for the training you will be in the Set Up stage to gain access to The Practitioner Resources page where you can read the training documents and view the training videos at your leisure. (Make sure you read the documents relevant to this training. ) Once completed, your trainer will send a Zoom link for the first session to you.
Your training will involve some homework plus 3 x one-hour sessions via Zoom:
First session: Discuss the readings and videos before the session. These introduce the theories and philosophy of practice that sit behind each assessment. In this session, we also demonstrate how the assessment portal works. I.e. sending out assessments, receiving and how to send out assessments autonomously. You are then set up on the platform to try a practice assessment before the next session.
Second session: Discuss your practice using the assessment with a client. Demonstrating how to draw out more conversation to build self-awareness. This is to ensure you are confident in managing your portal and assessment ‘editing’ function.
Third session: Further discussion around feedback and questioning techniques and how to use career questionnaires in classroom or workshop settings. Introducing CareerEQ Assessment Licensing Policy. You will then receive your license badge/logo, and have the autonomy to send out, monitor progress, and edit questionnaires from your portal.

Licensee administration policy including privacy and standards of professional practice.
Anyone with professional qualifications in teaching, career coaching or counselling and experience can be licensed.
