Career Specialist – Adult Career and Job Search Coaching

Kirsten is a highly effective career coach with a background in corporate in-house recruitment and extensive experience supporting employees through outplacement and redundancy. She has a deep understanding of what employers look for in candidates, thanks to her experience running bulk recruitment centres and training hiring managers in behavioural event interviewing.

Kirsten is skilled in guiding job seekers through every stage of the recruitment process. She also has experience facilitating group workshops on topics such as navigating the job market, self-awareness, CV and cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and interview preparation.
