In these sessions you will learn more about our career tools and how much autonomy you have to send out, store and edit questionnaires when you have your license and own private assessment portal.

Next Licensing Training Dates:

Anyone with professional qualifications in teaching, career coaching or counselling and experience can be licensed.

1. when you are licensed to use CareerIntelligence or CareerSmart (NZ only) you automatically have access to CareerPlanet as well.
2. You can also ONLY have a license to use CareerPlanet alone.

CareerPlanet:  Friday 3rd May; 11.00 am NZ time (check out your time zone here)

CareerIntelligence: Monday 6th May; 11.00 am NZ time (check out your time zone here)

Once you have purchased your license, your training will involve:

• Week One: Zoom session to introduce training materials that provide the philosophy and research that sit behind each assessment along with practice models to support your career conversations using the tools – you are set up on the platform.Between session – reading and practice
• Week Two:  Zoom session to discuss theory and practice. To understand portal management and discuss a session with a student using CareerPlanet or CareerSmart.Between session – more practice
• Week Three: Zoom session to discuss feedback and questioning techniques and how to use tools in classroom settings.You will then receive your license badge, and have the autonomy to send out, monitor progress, and edit questionnaires.

Training documents for CareerIntelligence, CareerPlanet and CareerSmart cover:

• The assessment proposition, theoretical construct, research, and content of each assessment
• Coaching tools and methodologies
• Technical platform management guidance – e.g. how to set up your business, school or practice logo
• Licensee administration policy including privacy and standards of professional practice.
