Assessment Licensing for Career Practitioners and Career Educators

Both the Career Intelligence assessment for adults and the CareerSmart assessment for students inspire career conversations that get to the heart of your client, employee, or student’s motivation and career potential – quickly.

To be a licensed administrator of either assessment you will need to have completed the training.

When you complete licensing training:

You will be set up with your own private portal on the assessment platform where you will manage your client, student, or employee assessments in confidence. You will be able to send out, monitor progress, and edit assessments; upload your logo which will go on every assessment you use, and order assessment credits. A subscription will be set up to cover ongoing access, assessment development, and updates.

Check out feedback about the Coach training from participants here.

Training for both CareerIntelligence and CareerSmart cover:

  • The assessment proposition, theoretical construct, research, and content of each assessment
  • Being set up on the assessment platform and how to administer assessments for clients
  • Licensee administration policy including privacy and standards of professional practice
  • Coaching practice using a client’s assessment report
