Self-and-career evaluations that inspire development and meaningful career choices.

At CareerEQ, we strongly believe that having a sense of purpose in life and being able to contribute meaningfully through work can lead to greater fulfillment and happiness. To make this a reality for everyone, we have developed affordable online career questionnaires.

Our questionnaires are thoroughly researched, and they add real data and richness to career conversations. Each questionnaire provides a holistic, self-reflective process to help individuals identify what truly matters to them, where their true motivation lies, and how to evaluate their interests and skills. This enables them to develop a career plan that is easily summarized, with actionable steps to follow.

The three online career resources we offer are:

CareerIntelligence – for working adults

CareerIntelligence for working adults is used by career professionals and employers to provide background data to support comprehensive career conversations. They can then determine what is required to align with ‘best fit’ roles or transition criteria, and identify  areas for training and development.

CareerSmart is a career inquiry process designed for students in academic Years 12 to their 2nd year of University. Its purpose is to stimulate self-reflection and build self-awareness. The questionnaire and its inventories provide students with an assessment report that contains extensive data on how they view themselves, their potential, and their career orientations. This report can be used by career educators or counsellors to help guide the student towards a fulfilling career path.

career planet

CareerPlanet is a platform that encourages young people to think not only about their personal goals, but also about how they can make a positive impact on the world. It is culturally sensitive and acknowledges different ways of thinking and perceiving the world.

The platform focuses on the collective good, promoting the idea that careers should be approached with a desire to make a positive impact on society. Rather than simply asking “What do I want to be?”, CareerPlanet encourages users to think about what they want to be involved in that could benefit the greater good.
